Rich was born and raised in Northern California. He is a veteran, serving 6 years in the Marine Corps. He loves fishing and spending time with family and friends. He has been married for over 48 years to his lovely wife, Juanita. They presently have 4 children, 22 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
After his time in the Marine Corps, Rich spent over 40 years manufacturing products used by the Space and Aerospace industries. Products were assembled into most of the commercial aircraft, satellites, the space shuttles, the space station and the first Mars Rovers.
Upon retirement, he quickly discovered that he had not adequately planned for his retirement. As result, he and his wife unable to live the lifestyle they desired. After attending a financial education session, he knew that if he had received the education 10 or 15 years earlier, his retirement would have been so much better. He understood the great need to assist in educating as many families as possible, helping them to avoid making the same mistakes. As result, Rich became a financial educator and solution provider, licensed in California as a life and health agent. His license number is 4176595.
His divorced parents both died in the same year at the age of 92. His mother had purchased a long-term care plan. In her 80s she was crippled by several amputations in one of her legs and spent the rest of her years in a wheelchair. Her plan covered the many times spent in several recovery centers. Her plan also paid for home nursing care during her final 6 years. Long-term care (LTC) provided for all her needs during difficult times and her final years were happy ones. His father had well provided for his retirement. In his later years he developed dementia which worsened until he had to be placed in a memory care center. He did not have an LTC plan and had to pay for his care from his own finances. After several years, his finances were finally exhausted. Rich learned by experience the importance of Long-Term Care.
Rich passionately cares about families and their futures. He has shown families how they can protect their assets, improve their financial situations, and grow their wealth with minimal risk. He focuses on the needs of his clients. He educates them about money and how it will either work for them or against them. Most are grateful for the financial education provided them, and his helping them to protect their family and assets, while improving their financial situations. Many have recommended his services to their family members and friends.
Financial education is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Clients need only to make a small investment of their time to receive the education. Rich understands that most families don't plan to fail. They simply fail to plan. He believes that most people want to protect their assets and gain greater certainty over their finances. He strongly believes in the power of savings and the importance of growing and protecting those savings. Some of his clients are young families that wanted to learn how to increase and protect their savings. Most clients are close to retirement and were looking for strategies to grow and protect the savings they have developed over so many years. Many are concerned about losing their wealth due to a Long-Term Care event, as his father did.
